Re: Muzzy Zero Effect Arrow Rests

GW,

I have had one going on 2 + years now on my hunting bow. Absolutely no complaints. I have to admit the Plastic hook made me a little nervous at first in colder temps. But so far no problems. My archery shop swears by them and I'm a beliver now. Also I have not noticed any issues with catching on limbs or brush. It may make you a little more cautious but the results this rest produces are awesome. Big thumbs up. By the way I have had a Nap quick tune and a Schaffer as a comparrison to the ZE. Hope you give it a try.

I love mine, set it up myself. I watched the video that came with it and then got everything ready and watched it again and just followed along with the mooreheads on setting it up. Awesome rest!

Been using them a long time -- back almost 10 years to the original inventor. Great rest and superb for hunting. You never worry about the arrow as the finger always picks it and gets it in the proper space. The only negative is that there is alot of plastic there and alot of rest compared to some of the others but they work great.

Re: Muzzy Zero Effect Arrow Rests

i put one on my Outback last year and love it, i can't say enough good things about it. i've had tighter groups since i've had it. previously i had a nap quick tune drop away and the muzzy ze blows it away. if i ever sell my outback the ze stays w/ me. last fall i had it on when i arrowed an 11 pt 135+ p&y 6 1/2 yo buck at 27yds.

You already know my preference buddy!

Good luck with the drop away.

I have never heard anything bad about that rest. I have never tried one nor any drop away.

I'll stick with the very awesome Whisker Biscut Delux.

I swear you need to give them another try.

If ever you can get your hands on a cheap/free WB B2 biscut you may never turn back.

God by my witness its the truth. cool.gif

I never thought I would hear such a resounding testimonial about the Biscuit.

I'll tell you one of the biggest reasons I dont choose them over another style rest.....VISION.

I shoot with a very low sight picture(as close to the arrow as possible). The biscuit /seems to me\ to block off vision from the bottom when you bring up the bow and either look at the target or at game.

I know they work for other people and they work good enough to be used well in a hunting situation.

I simply cant get over having anything in my way of seeing around the target area(when they come out with a bow riser that is see through I'll be one of the first buyers).
