HUNTINGMAN
I seen a comercial on tv the other day on how to make this dip.I bought the two ingredeints at the store last week and my wife made it today. It is so simple but oh so good.Take one can of rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, add a large chunk of velveta cheese and throw in the microwave to let the cheese melt and then pull out and stir it up.I sit and ate almost ate the whole bowl myself,if I was the only one eating it I might have added some bacon but man it was great. oldksnarc
I do something similar but added some. Try this: Jimmy Dean's Hot Sausage 2 cloves minced garlic 1 can Rotel (hot if you like a little more heat) 1 brick Velveeta cheese (they have one that is for nachos) Put Velveeta and Rotel in a crock pot and start melting. While melting cheese - crumble and cook sausage in a skillet. About half way cooked add garlic. When fully cooked drain grease and then pour sausage into melt(ing)(ed) cheese and stir. brownie65
I make some about like it. Velveeta, hamburger, hormel hot chili with beans & tabasco sauce. This stuff is great.
rhine16
You're just now discovering this?? I thought everyone knew about that. I eat it at least once a week, usually mix some hamburger meat in also.

Orion_70
I switch it up some by using cream cheese instead of Velveeta sometimes. 1 block cream cheese 1 lb sausage 1 can rotel (double it if you want, I usually do) throw it all in a crockpot and melt it good It's awesome
