pointing_dogs_rule
I have only had great success during the PRE-RUT (now until the rut). During the rut it may stop them, however, they don't usually come in unless desperate. good luck to all the dog
Stone Cold
Yes, I use mine all the time! I also use a normal grunt. I have really given up on all other calls then those two. I even gave up on my rattle bag and horns. I call more bucks in with the can than anything else! Two little bucks so far this year.
Straight Shooter
I've called in several bucks with "the can" and don't go into the woods without one. When it works it works.

patriotoutlaw
I used to have great success with a bleat call years ago. Once the "can" came on the seen and everybody started palying with it, like they're in an orchestra the results have diminished. However, if the deer in your area aren't used to being tormented by it they will respond under the right circumstances. I still carry mine every time I'm in the woods. I RARELY call "blind" with any call here in Missouri.
Randy
The buck in my avatar came in to "the can". I wouldn't go in the woods without it.
ruttinbuc
I had deer react to most calls I ever used. Just that some react different than others. Depends on their mood.
Tominator
I honestly think it works better as a fawn in distress call.
Jeramie
Ive used it over and over. It really doesnt do much until the rut around here but once it fires up it brings them all in.
wtnhunt
Mixed results here with the can, seems it draws in curious does here fairly well though.
Strut10
Very little response to "The Can" here.
