HeviShot
I like Realtree Hardwoods green .I have had alot of close encounters with deer and turkery.I am on the ground alot just dont like sittin still.Got a ground blind now so it really dont matter. All camo probably works if u break your outline and sit still. Jeramie
Boy thats a loaded question... This year im wearing Realtree APG. We have a LOT of hardwoods with mixed evergreen. It seems to blend the best. Before this year I wore Realtree Hardwoods. I think the added green to the APG works better in my area.... And WAY back when all I wore was Realtree Advantage Timber. I still have some overalls in AT but cant stuff my fat rump into them.
bfletch7441
Whatever is on sale when what I have wears out. I'm not picky with my pattern. With good stand placement and good woodsmanship, you could hunt in blue jeans and a t-shirt. Ben
wtnhunt
Don't know which is best, but I sure do like my RT AP. Around here the AP really is effective, next to that I really like the advantage timber pattern, but it is not so easy to find anymore. To tell you how effective the AP pattern is here, just back a couple weeks ago I was standing at a camera checking it one morning after getting down from the stand, and I actually had a buck and doe walk up the hill the buck just about in arms reach. As the buck walked up the hill it looked like he was almost looking through me out towards the edge of the field. I was standing about 2 feet from the tree that the camera was on at that time with nothing behind me but a food plot. They never had a clue I was there until I moved. Even still they were unsure what I was. Pretty darned cool when you get deer on the ground walk to you standing in the open, something has to be working right. Bowtech_archer07
I like Realtree AP and Realtree Hardwoods. It seems to blend best with my surroundings.
8ptbuckpa
around where im hunting when im in a treestand the apg works because of the opennes and the added greens in it, but when im on the ground the best pattern i have is advantage max 1hd theres alot of high grasses and it helps blend in perfect to the border between the grass and woods. wyohunter
alan i'll make this simple and easy.... without mentioning any brand names, simply pick the best camo, that fits the terrain your hunting
buckee
REALTREE has always been the best Camo. It seems like most of the competitors are always one step behind.
toddyboman
Realtree for me. Hardwoods most of the time. I do have some AP.
Whitetail Freak Hunter
alan i'll make this simple and easy.... without mentioning any brand names, simply pick the best camo, that fits the terrain your hunting You hit the nail on the head there. I've been on the prairie of Montana, and wear my regular flannel shirts with blue jeans, and the required hunter orange vest with no problems at all. Normally in the woods during bowhunting, I wear ASAT, but when the cold weather starts, I jump into my Mossy's Oaks, but have been known again to wear my cold weather stuff with just my hunter orange vest, with no problems filling a tag. SpcNape
I like Realtree AP, but my favorite stuff is my original Realtree camo from about fifteen years ago. They're starting to get a little worn out, but I can't bear to let them go.
EKYhunter
The best camo that does what camo is actually supposed to do (Break up your outline) is Preadtor and ASAT. Much better than RT, MO, or any of the other patterns that's made to catch a hunters eye.
joeaveragehunter
Mossy oak advantage I think its called. As long as its waterproof, breathable, and relatively silent material its all good.
tuffbuck
as far as brand,it doesnt matter to me but I choose a cammo pattern that best matches my surrounding, the closer to being invisable you are the better.
fly
I go with what is on sale. If RT is the same price I go with RT.
RangerClay
Nothing but Realtree in my closet except for some snow camo I have. We cannot find Realtree snow in the stores around here. In the early season I wear the AP but once November comes around I use hardwoods.
davetucker
realtree of course in hardwoods or the ap stuff depends on what i'm hunting around that day!!
