GWSmith
That is a really nice Buck for NY. A local landowner whos property meets up with State Park Land scored on a 146-3/8" buck a few years ago. Few people hunt the park because it's bow only and theres alot of swamp area in it. Here's the buck:

Whitetail Freak Hunter
I've never had to hunt whitetail outside of my state here in Montana as we have a bunch of them right here. I may travel to Wisconsin this next year to hunt with a buddy of mine though, just something about them Buffalo County Bucks that gets the ol heart pumping for them. RangerClay
With bucks starting to chase does he could have come from a long way off. Still it would have been nice to see him. I'm sure you will knock down a bigger one.
dbHunterNY
Maybe that QDM will idea will make it's way to the eastern part of the state and I wouldn't have to explain why it's not good to shoot bucks when they're only spike horns and no does at all. Adjam5
I am in a Antler restriction area where I hunt, and I can tell you it works. Less bucks are being taken, but better quality ones are being shot. Those sure are great scoring bucks for state land in NY!
ruttinbuc
I know the guy who runs the Lake Breeze Marina has some nice bucks on the wall, Tim! There certainly is potential up there if you let them grow.

Heck we even saw a buck right across from where the boats launch on the way out.
