seafoam in oil?? before or after oil change??

i know some have used seafoam or heard of it so heres my question... my truck is really due for an oil change. thought of running seafoam through my oil..should i do the seafoam then get oil changed or get oil changed then do it and drive it for 3000 miles like i do reguraily? trucks a 2001 f 150

If you just wanna flush it, I'd get something cheaper, have even known guys to put a little diesel in the oil and let it idle of about ten minutes then flush. Seafoam is one of the best products around in my opinion, but I have to admit, I've never put it in my oil, though it's made to do just that.

Same here. The stuff has worked great for me on carburetors.
