Griz
I got this in a email this morning so I don't no how true it is... But either here or there, all I can say is Wow... A Texas Power & Light crew, putting in lines for an addition to the Hallettsville Airport , found the following in a culvert they were using.... See the two (2) pictures... The gator is/was 18' 2" long. The rattlesnake roundup totaled 87. We thank Texas Power & Light for sharing these pictures.

AaronS
Holy crap, after I was done crapping myself, I'd be committing mass murder of the reptilian kind. :gun1:
The_Kat
I wouldnt doubt the snakes one to be true. I have to crawl way up inside the pipe sometimes on my job to take an inside exposure of a weld. Well this one time I was about 3 joints ( 240 feet ) inside a section of 36 inch pipe that stretch about 1/2 mile when I hear this God awful scream from down the line. Sounded like someone was freakin out big time. About that time I got my exposure done and out of the pipe when the welding foreman came driving up warning us that there was a skunk in the pipe that sprayed one of the welders performing a back weld lol. GWSmith
I'd almost bet the first picture with the pipes was taken in a third world country. The lady in the pic looks to be of the supervisory kind. The second pic I'd geuss to be from Texas somewhere...and thats definitely a "Breeding Ball" of Rattlesnakes. They get toether in those giant mounds of snakes to breed. Theres something about that situation that shortcuts their instinct to attack each other so they can breed...how it gets started I have no clue. LOL...Either way thats alot of Boots right there!!! HUNTINGMAN
That is one huge gator,I think I would have to go at the snakes with a flame thrower.
stevebeilgard
that snake ball was ugly. kyle, i can hardly believe you'd go into a culvert all that way, without snake/animal protection
wildlife242
Ok first of all i think i would not be just standing around acting like nothing was wrong like those folks in the pic. and second of all i would have quit my job i f would have been the one to find those snakes. they freak me out and the last time i was around a rattle i was all alone trying not to get bit. so yeah those pics really freaked me out
