doubledrop
So there I was this morning sitting in my stand. saw a few deer nothing worth shooting. around noon I start to head back abd decide to check my trail camera when I see blood all over the leaves in front of my camera. so I looked at my camera. although i didnt get to see the deer that ran infront of it, I did get to see the Trespassers that did. It was 1:30 the morning before. they had flashlights and was tracking this deer right through the heart of my property. Nothing bothers me more than somebody trespassing on private property. It would have been different if they shot it on the neighboring property and called me for permission to look for their wounded deer, I would have even helped them look for it, but no come on over and shoot one on my property I dont care, guess what now your on camera and i will find you. coles
that is just rediculous. I really hope you find them. Any pics of their faces to identify them?
toddyboman
I by no means am a fan of people trespassing but could they have shot the deer on the neighboring property and tracked it onto yours......IF that's the case they SHOULD have contacted you before...... lucky for you they didn't take your camera. stevebeilgard
i'd call the game warden. they were most likely after an after-dark, poached deer. people who are hunting right will not track a deer at that time of night.

Good point Steve. I don't know anyone who would be out in the bush at 1:30 am tracking a deer, when morning is just a few hours away. wildlife242
Well first of all i agree with you and i think you should find them and take them out. how annoying to have someone do that. you are really lucky they did not take you carmera. Jeez i am sorry about that man that sucks!
redkneck
Got to say tracking at that time of morning sounds like a night hunt to me. I've tracked some deer across property lines late in the afternoon and drug them out pretty quick and never picked up the phone because mostly I know the neighbors. But.... that dont sound like no late afternoon deer to me!
