layin on the smackdown Posted November 7, 2009 Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 I am heartbroken at what has happened to our friend Chris, who was severly injured in a car wreck...I have seen this before, and i feel now more than ever is a time for it again... Is there any way we can somehow send a get well card or package of some type to chris? I know the people on here, and i know how much we care....Team, i think this is something that we are obligated to do, however i am unsure as to how to go about it. layin on the smackdown Posted November 7, 2009 Author Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 I know a while back someone wasn't doing so well, and we all were able to write a few good words on a thread, and someone put it all into a card or something...I can't remember who it was for, but i do remember putting my words of encouragement in... I was thinking something like that from the entire realtree family would be nice...and if others would like to send something individually, then they have the info. Just my 2 cents. 92xj Posted November 7, 2009 Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 Got a gift package of randomness from the Realtree store,from the realtree forum family, including a "RealTree Girl" sticker, Also, got some camo fabric so maybe his mom can camo the ol chair out for him and other special goodies. I think Dan's idea is good about getting people to say some good words and someone write them down in a card or maybe photo book with outdoor imagines to send to him. Just an idea, any thoughts? We do like the idea of a booklet type card with everyone's inspirational good wishes. As long as everyone uses the same size paper for their project, we could send them to one person to put together and forward it to Chris. Just throwing it out there.
