muggs
I see I am getting out numbered, where are all of the Michigan fans. lol They're looking for their self respect. Some food for thought, didn't Pac Man Jones and Chris Henry get through Rich Robber's West Virginia program. You know those two huge felons... See what I mean? The guy has no character and he'd steal from his mother I bet. Good luck with him, I bet he's A) fired really soon or B) caught violating some NCAA rule.
muggs
Good prediction, you were close muggs:D...sad thing is that OSU defense could hardly stop a Freshman QB Kind of a fluke. The kid played okay but OSU turnovers and a kickoff return kept it close pal. Anyway, I think OSU is something like 45-15-2 against Iowa all time...middle of the road. That said, that QB looks like he's going to be a good player. I like that freshan runningback, Robinson they have, Iowa is going to be strong for the next 3 years. All I can say is sweatervest better be ready come saturday, and good luck to the Buckeyes in the bowl games, you are gonna need it. First of all, it's the Big Ten Conference. Division happen when they seperate teams within conferences. It also happens when you perform the operation of determining how many times one quantity is contained in another; or one could say the inverse of multiplication. The Big Ten is not divided like, say the Big 12 or SEC, or even the MAC for that matter. Are you old enough to remember the year 2002, cheech? That's the year OSU won their last title...for drum roll please...the BIG TEN. For as you say, a weak conference, they put as many guys into the NFL as any other conference. I know...I know, you're going to throw Northwestern in my face and pretend that the Baylor's and Vanderbilt's of the world aren't a part of all these mega Conferences you must think are so much better than the Big Ten. OSU had the more talented team when Florida rolled them, they didn't show up, Florida was more hungry and much better coached. When they went back the next year, they weren't quite there yet and shouldn't have been in the title game. LSU proved that. It also doesn't help when you're playing a title game against LSU in New Orleans for crying out loud. You have to travel 1,000 miles while the other guys get to sleep in their own bed and have the home field advantage on top of it. It's all relatvie. When things like that happen it generates a knee jerk reaction from people, especially the media, who then tell you what to think. I'm actually blessed with a little deductive reasoning so I can read between the lines. I can help you with that, much like I've been helping buckbuster11 all these years. You see young Grasshopper, these knee jerk reactions are a product of the technology of our time. We are all too dependent upon said tecnhology we've forgotten how to function without it. My poor wife would be lost with out her GPS, literally. We need instant everything... nuke your popcorn for 3 minutes, google something...it leads to a collective dumbing down of our society as well as collective ADD. To gain enlightenment we must pace ourselves. If we don't this ADD causes people to say and do crazy things. Like for example, they write off Sophomore QBs who are 6'5" 250 lbs. and run 4.3 forties, as well as write off super gifted 21 year old 7 foot NBA centers whose careers haven't really even started yet. I hope this all helps. I'm here if you need me. Edited November 18, 2009 by muggs
doubledrop
excuses, excuses. Listen, a loss is a loss i dont care how you look at it, its a loss. When my team loses (which is quite often these days) i just deal with it and move on its over they lost they didnt play good football. I can see that all of these huge losses in these big bowl games really bother you though. I am not here to bash you or upset you at that "grasshopper" i am just stating the obvious. Once again GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was it when USC crushed them in the Rose Bowl? I think it was. I guess we won't talk about that loss in a big bowl game though, will we? btw2- dude I wouldn't be dogging a Conference your boys are 1-6 in anyways. If it's so weak, what does that say about Beatyaagain? Edited November 18, 2009 by muggs

If it's so weak, what does that say about Beatyaagain? I hate to jump back in this but I believe Michigans last big bowl game is when they beat up on Florida the year Tebow won the Heisman I believe. Did you forget about that one? As a Michigan fan I hate to say it but the Bucks have had the Wolverines number for as long as I can remember. Give Michigan a couple more years and I will bet they will be back in the top 10 and making these rivalry games a little more exciting. doubledrop
couldnt agree more, to bad Michigan hasnt been alot better the past few years. i love seeing good games, listen im not here to tick anybody off, i know OSU has a good team and rivalry games are the best games out of any of them, but a little trash talk has to be sent, thats what makes it so fun, and trust me i am tired of all the trash talk against the big 10 in general. currently there are not alot of great teams in the big 10, thats just how it is.
