Turkeygirl
named Fudge, I found dead this morning...He was a male chocolate Mini-Rex...real nice guy, never sprayed me with pee, lol. Always calm...never got a chance to breed him though. He'd had some stuff going on though...bad teeth we had to trim...had this wart thing one time by his eye that went away but his eyes were always getting gooky, even now. My sister thought he had pasturella aka Snuffles, but none of our other rabbits contracted anything...he just had a bad system I guess.:bummed: Anyway went out to feed the horses, was cleaning out under the hitches and he was all stretched out like they do sometimes when they are secure and resting, but he didn't move! I jiggled the cage and was like uuuhhh....ookkkk.... Sad but relieved though...I did not like him having to deal with all these health issues, so he's in a better place now. QueenOfTheMarsh
Sorry to hear that, turkeygirl. =( I have 3 pet rabbits myself - I spoil them rotten and love them lots. Not looking forward to the day I have to put them to sleep or find them already gone.

Dakota
Yep, I remember our good old bunny, "Dinner"...er..."Thumper"... Dinner was actually Thumper's mom (long story, but she wasn't actually cooked up, we just decided to call her Dinner ) Sorry to hear it, Ruth. How many others do you have? And, Steve, I wouldn't mind hearing that story next time I'm in town. Dakota
