Snipe
Hey everyone, I will be attempting to fry my first ever wild turkey next week for Thanksgiving. Soak in the brine for no more than 24 hours..
hungry hunter
Peanut oil, and for safetys sake make sure the bird is dry before ya put in the oil when it gets to temp, also lower the bird real slow.
