TN Bucknasty Posted November 16, 2009 Report Share Posted November 16, 2009 I've had really bad luck with the Moultrie customer service department. I've spent a total of 5 hours of wait time on the phone with them and I sent them my camera for repairs over 3 weeks ago and still, no word. Am I just unlucky or is this a normal thing? MUDRUNNER Posted November 18, 2009 Report Share Posted November 18, 2009 I've had to send my D40 in twice. I believe Melanie is who I dealt with, and never really had any issues. Both times within two weeks I had a new camera. It was summer when I dealt with them, so I imagine they are a little busier now. I've experienced about 1-2 weeks wait to be contacted after leaving a couple messages. After I was contacted, I was unable to get anywhere with them. We've had probably 2 or 3 Moultrie's go down in the past two years and haven't been able to replace or repair any of them. None of them were more than a year old.
