I've had to send my D40 in twice. I believe Melanie is who I dealt with, and never really had any issues. Both times within two weeks I had a new camera. It was summer when I dealt with them, so I imagine they are a little busier now. I doubt I'll ever buy another Moultrie just because of the issues i've had with the camera.

I've dealt with Moultrie customer service several times after brand new cameras failed. I've experienced about 1-2 weeks wait to be contacted after leaving a couple messages. After I was contacted, I was unable to get anywhere with them. We've had probably 2 or 3 Moultrie's go down in the past two years and haven't been able to replace or repair any of them. None of them were more than a year old. They won't be getting our business anymore.
