SuperMn106
Has anyone used any of these? I was looking at them because they are kinda cheap and was wondering what anyones experiences with these are.
joeaveragehunter
My buddy just got one this summer. The IR produces very nice pics and the battery life seems to be on par with other cameras (from june through october anyway). Very easy to set up. He has had no complaints yet. MichiganHunter
I got one just in the middle of sping I have the IR4....I'll post some pics up but I'll tell ya I have pics of birds in flight, and lots of coons....I was using it on bear.....here are som photos. I like it, have any question feel free to send me a pm with your question. I am so Impressed with this camera I have asked for another one for christmas....it's good on power if you use good batteries, I put some cheap ones in and got like 35 photos in a week and they were low already, with good batts I've gotten like 100 or so on like 2 weeks or so. This pic is just s coon, but it's behind some brush from the camera and it still picked it up Edited November 17, 2009 by MichiganHunter
jm23494
For $99 ($89 at Dick's Sporting Goods) they are great cameras. I have been getting about 2 months out of a set of batteries and been getting roughly 150 pictures a week. The trigger speed is good but isn't as fast as some of the more expensive cameras, but for the price you can't beat them for IR cams. Here are a few pics from the last batch that I got out of mine. RangerClay
I got the IR4 a month ago after hearing good things about it. So far I am happy with it. Decent battery life and nice clear pic. I was amazed at the sensitivity of this camera. It took pics of squirrels that happened to wander in front of it. I got mine for $72 plus shipping. http://www.fadfusion.com/selection.php?product_item_number=20280800713

otdrzmn04
bought one from bass pro and tried it at the house before taking it out. everything worked so i took it out for a week and when i checked it none of the night pics turned out. i exchanged it with no problems. when i got the second one i put the batteries in and and batt. indicator said dead with new batt. i went on ahead and put it out. checked it today, it had no power and 0 pics. looks like i will be sending this back and going with another brand!!! bowhuntMN
I've always wondered how good they were too since it would be nice to have a few more cams out in the woods and these are at a very affordable price. By the sounds of it they are a good deal for the price and i might be picking a couple up in the future
wildguy
The IR4 looks like a good one. I posted a thread on "trail cams" and alot of people suggested that one.
okiebuck
The IR4 is amazing! I have had mine out since Halloween with the same set of batteries. I bet it has taken close to 500 pics since then as well. I would highly recommend it, here are a few pics from it...
Eddie234
Walmart had the 1.3 for $50.00 each. I picked up two. At that price I wasn't worried too much about theft and I thought I could use the cheap cameras to locate the deer then use my good camera after I have pinpointed where they are. I'm having problem with night pictures I get no flash, I get the picture but it's all dark.
