Dakota
Living in South Dakota, especially during November, it comes to no surprise seeing all the deer hit along the roads. However, as I was getting on the interstate heading into town to go to school this morning I noticed a different looking deer laying on the shoulder. It was piebald! First one I've ever seen. Shame some vehicle got it. Dakota

RangerClay
Shame some vehicle got it. Dakota Not at all! Unlike albinos, piebalds pass bad genetics into the herd. It would have been cool to shoot it but you want them dead.
Airman312
I have been fortunate to see a few in the wild before...they are a neat site to see
Adjam5
Some states protect them. I say shoot 'em, they are a abnormality in the gene pool. Never seen one live.
BowTech292
Saw on killed on some public land, never saw one on the hoof though, have heard that they pass bad genetics though.

GWSmith
They are a beautiful sight to see when their live...but like others here have said they make a better rug than leaving them in the herd! All of the ones I've seen(10 or 11) have been in one small area of Harrison county, West Virginia.
