bbarnhart20
I'm using a .45 cal muzzleloader. Just wondered what bullet wait would be ideal to get max. speed and force when using 100 gr. of triple7.

hungry hunter
I use the T/C 245 grn with 100 gr FF, seems to work great at 100 yards.
The Kid
Try a Maxi and drop the replica powder. That powder allowed me to take a doe at 210 yards last year
quigleysharps4570
That powder allowed me to take a doe at 210 yards last year The scope probably had more to do with it than the powder.

WhiteSmoke
.45 bullet suggestion Try the 195-grain Barnes Expander MZ. It comes with HPH-12 sabots from MMP. You may have to change out the sabots depending on the bore diameter of your rifle. If the 12's load too tightly, go to HPH 24's or 3-petal EZ's for very tight bores. They are all-copper and expand beautifully. Edited December 28, 2010 by WhiteSmoke
