brad dryden
Im looking into opening a deer processing place and I got my supplies down to about $2000-$2500 range but was looking at buying a semi trailer refrigerator. Thats what I see ALOT of people use cheapest one I found was about $6,500 does any one have any recommendations on how I should keep the meat cool and MAYBE a cheaper way? The total of everything im looking at $12,000-$15,000.

Snipe
I have a few friends that have built there own cooler for pennies on the dollar compared to a commercial cooler.. You may want to look into this.. It's called Cool Bot.. You can take a average window unit and turn it into a refrigeration type cooler.. You may need to look at two of them, but still a helluva lot cheaper than a Semi Trailer..
redkneck
I see where a nice 53' refer sold for 5,300 bucks on ebay last week. If you keep looking for them you should be able to find a deal on one.
RangerClay
I have a small deer cooler that I made myself. I have it well insulated and I use an AC unit to chill the deer. That Cool Bot thing looks really neat!!!!
