Muleyman Posted November 21, 2009 Report Share Posted November 21, 2009 Well here it is. I shot this buck at about 9:45am. We were drivin along a road and my Dad spotted this buck layin down along this tall grass. We got off the road and came over this hill so we could see him. I couldn't range him and I didn't want him to run off so I guessed 150 yards. I got out the shooting sticks and loaded the gun and he finnaly stood up. I took my time and aimed a tiny bit high. I shot and he dropped right there. We walked up and he was still alive a little so I thought just to be sure I better put another shot in him. We gave him a little time. it is not the biggest buck but he is a great buck for my first buck. What do you guys think?
