AaronS
Call the business and ask for the name of the person that will be hiring for that position.. Address it to the name you are given. I think companies appreciate applicants that will go the extra mile.

Turkeygirl
I forgot I know a girl who worked there and I'll ask her, she might know. Last resort, I'll address it to Director of Nursing. I'll have to see if there's a phone #...

Ruth, I ususally put "Attention Human Resourses", I will say that most likely your resume will get forwarded to the person that does the hiring, reguardless of the name you put on it. As the person that does the hiring for my building, I am more interested in what is "in" the resume, not who it is addressed to. I pm'd you my e-mail so you can send me your resume. I get alot of calls throughout the day at work from people wanting to know who to send resumes to. Good luck...... Catrina
