So I'm working on my cover letter for this part time RN position and the ad for the position just gives the address for there.

So when you don't know the person in charge of hiring or whatever, how should I address the letter? Dear Director of Personnel?

Ruth, I ususally put "Attention Human Resourses", I will say that most likely your resume will get forwarded to the person that does the hiring, reguardless of the name you put on it. As the person that does the hiring for my building, I am more interested in what is "in" the resume, not who it is addressed to. I pm'd you my e-mail so you can send me your resume. I get alot of calls throughout the day at work from people wanting to know who to send resumes to. Good luck......
