It was like 7:00 in the morning and my dad told me that a doe was coming from our right. I got my gun up and shot her. She mule kicked and ran about thirty yards. After that, she ran on her stomach because I broke her front leg. Then she ran into the woods out of sight. Me and my dad gave her 10 minutes and went to look for her because we thought she was going to be laying right there near where she entered. We started off with very little blood and white hairs where I shot her. We followed the blood trail a long way and found no deer. We decided to go hunt for a little while longer and look later. When we went to look later we found no deer so we decided to call it quits. We tracked her for about 3 hours. We were walking back to the four wheeler on a trail when I saw the deer. She was bedded down under a tree and she stood up. I got my gun up and put another shot in her and she dropped. I then went up to her and put another shot right in her chest.
