buckee
This is a little clip taken the same morning Wilf and I got our bucks, just after we got them loaded up in our vehicles. It's definitely a late rut here, after seeing nothing for the last 2 1/2 weeks.

ruttinbuc
What a cool video taken on a great stage. Sort of like taping on the Milk River. eh! Those bucks are really ramped up after sitting out the game because of the weather. Amazing how nature works like that.

Yeah Mike, ol' nature dealt these blacktails and us hunters on the coast and on the island here some nasty weather for the past 2 1/2 weeks, and I thought I was missing the rut. But after seeing all the action on Saturday, I'd say the rut just kicked into high gear to make up for lost time. I went out with the camera this morning, but only caught a couple of little guys running around. I love the rut. :clown:
