tennswamper
A friend of mine wants a pedastal mount for his IL deer but we haven't found a company that makes one large enough for his measurements. I know the smaller forms can be altered by being split and filled but.......... Is there a company that makes bigger forms for pedastal mounts? We've been through McKenzie's book and a couple of others. We were told about two companies but I can't find them. One was something like a "Monarch" and the other was "The Intimidator" I think. Any help would appreciated.

RTF
Most likely the taxidermist will have to make a one from a wall form. It can be done by someone who knows what they are doing.

TN Bucknasty
It's pretty easy to build up a the neck if it's too small. We do that a lot with epoxy sculpt. You can also order a change out head which is usually pretty easy to install. If you can't do either one, you can saw the form into two pieces and create an extension with some foam available in the McKenzie catalog. On my photo page, there's a deer from President's Island that we had to cut down the face on in order to get a form with a big enough neck. Look under my album "shop stuff". Shoot me a message if you have any questions.
