rbduck
Try "Hi-Mountain Jerky Cure" usually found at Cabelas and Wally World. Lots of different flavours also and easy to use. Ron:)
Adjam5
Teriyaki or soy sauce will marinate the jerky quite well. Let the meat sit a day or 2 in the fridge in the marinade. It helps tenderize the meat. The Realtree store was selling some marinades that were delicious. I bought 3 bottles last year and it went fast. I don't see them sold individually, only in gift packs. They were very good. I also like Mr. Yoshidas Gourmet sauce for marinading any meats. It is really good. http://www.mryoshidas.com/
