redkneck
Seems like MS and Tx have the longest seasons. I've hunted AL quite a bit and I think they start about mid Oct and end at the end of Jan.
TN Bucknasty
For many here in TN, it never closes. Everything else is archery. 3 does allowed per day and 3 bucks per season. 101 days 3 deer per day- 303 deer legal bag limit.... INSANE!!! Adjam5
6 months. Second week of September to the Second week in February.......:hammer1::bang::crutch: How are there any deer left with a season that long Mike? Access to hunting land must be the issue. Here in NYS there are 2 zones the Northern and the Southern. The Northern tier starts Mid Sept to Dec 6th. The Southern tier where I live and hunt starts Mid October and goes through Dec 22nd. Archery , rifle and then muzzleloaders in that order. I am hoping that changes to next years season will start archery earlier like Oct 1st. Tominator
Ohio archery starts in late September and runs through the first weekend of February this year. Gun season is always the week following Thanksgiving, and lately they've been adding an additional weekend which happens to be this weekend. Muzzleloader is usually a 4 day event and falls in January this year.
