RangerClay
Bitters & lemon. It's an old bartenders remedy and it works everytime. Bitters is was once used to help with digestion but is now used to give drinks a bittersweet taste. Shake a couple drops on a lemon wedge and take a bite. ps. Good to see you around buddy! camoman1
I've also heard that shoving a good sized spoonful of peanut butter in your mouth and eating it works......never tried it though.
Doe-ee
Glass of water. Take continuous small sips until the hiccups stop. Works for me every time.

redkneck
Sometimes the water works, sometimes the sugar, but the most reliable to me is breathing into a paper/plastic bag until you just can't anymore. I have even just blown into my cheeks puffing them out real fast going down the road. Sounds wierd but it works for me.

Turkeygirl
Take a glass of water, drink from the opposite side of the cup/rim and lean down towards the ground or your feet...almost like drinking upside down...Don't know why it works but mom taught me,lol. Works 100% of the time whenever I have the hiccups.
