Turkeygirl
LOL wooly...you're right, I'll admit it...but now that deer season is almost over, except for later archery...it can return to snowless weather;)
buckee
Our season ended yesterday, so now we don't need snow ..but...they are calling for it all week. I hope it turns to rain instead.
ruttinbuc
Yes, be careful with that snow blower Miss Wishitsnows! The snow is nice for deer hunting to a point. We have snow on the ground and it is noisy as all get out, being frozen now.. I just got in from freezing my face off! Well, not quite but it is darn cold. The real feel temps are in the single digits with the wind at 20-30. Is no wonder why I was the only nut out there. I didn't see anything on stand. Stalking them up was impossible but a little warmer.
Turkeygirl
Geesh it's cold out! Took the snowblower for it's first run....got a good arm work out...Wind is the nasty part...I looked like a snow monster by the time I finished...Wore my heavy camo stuff, warmest I've got. hunterbobb
We got 18" of snow. I'm still sore from running the snow blower. I was going to hunt the late archery season but i probably can't get to my stands. I am ready for spring turkey season. :gun2:
Shaun_300
We finally have some white stuff on the ground too now! I could have cut my grass a few days ago. I'd say we have a good 8 inches on the ground now.
TBow
We got our first snow 2 days ago. Likely 3" to 4". I did however get to throw the snow tracks on my 8X8 argo and mount the snow plow that I modified for it last spring (which I never got to test). Well I was a testin' it on Wednesday! Sure beats shovelin' the dang white stuff. The bride said I was just like a kid with a new toy, pushin' snow all over the place.
