Jeramie
I got out about 30-45 minutes early. Good thing too, the ponds were froze over. I ended up breaking out about a 10x10 spot with my waders. I tossed in 4 decoys and setup on a small island about 25 yards away. At daylight I had 15 fly in. About 5 minutes later I had three come in. I was happy to at least be seeing some birds and then it broke loose! From 6:45 to 9:30 I saw Hundreds of birds (literally hundreds). I attribute that to being about 25 miles from the arkansas line. We get GREAT numers every year. Finally when I left at 9:45 they were still comming in! They had slowed quite a bit but they were still cupping over the ponds! Incredible morning!
