New Club for Pennsylvania Hunters: Pennsylvania Sportsmen Hunting Association

Ok, here it is. I am going to start a hunting club. Not to only organize hunting parties, but to also rebuild up our sport. I am going to call it Pennsylvania Sportsmen Hunting Association. If we can join all concerned Pa hunters and make our voice heard, then maybe something will change. I want to incorporate activities like sapling purchases and replanting in SGL's, getting this club to all meet for a public held GC meeting and showing up with proof of our findings, organizing mentored youth hunting training, and maybe reaching goals of buying up available acreage for club hunting and land management. I want to do this so that we, as respectful Pennsylvania hunters, can preserve our hunting traditions for generations to come without the concern of what "big brother" does. We have our right to freedom correct? Let’s take that right.

Only requirements to join are a quick e-mail interview, maybe a phone call, and pictures of past or present hunting experiences if you wish to send them along. Which can include your success, failure or even concerns?

What do you all think? If we become a large enough group and act as 1, then I really think that our voice can be heard and we can make a change by ourselves!

Yeah, this is for real and not to bash the PGC or DNCR but to help in any way that we can to replenish the state forest's health and bring all the game that we enjoy scouting and hunting back to acceptable levels for ALL people who enjoy this wonderful sport in Pennsylvania.
