huntn4bucks
As many of you are aware, Arkansas has banned the use of all spinning wing decoys starting with the upcoming 2005-06 season. The AGFC's definition of spinning wing decoys is "electronic, mechanically operated, wind powered or manually powered spinning blade devices that simulate wing movement." I was just curious...what are your thoughts on this and do you think other states will follow suit?
lil hunter
Re: Spinning wing decoys banned in Arkansas I think there will be other states following eventually. It doesn't really make any difference to me.

carbonhunter
Re: Spinning wing decoys banned in Arkansas I'd think that by the time birds made it that far, the spinning wing would be a big turn-off. JM2cents though
