redkneck
I make bacon burger with about 10-15% bacon ends and does great on the grill. I'm also about to do some regular burger with 10% beef fat. I did a small doe earlier with no fat and has done good in soup/chili and such. Something else I like is to take one package of ground sausage and 2 packs of regular burger to mix together for my grilled burgers. Hard to beat! Stone Cold
I also use bacon. I use 10 lbs of venison and 3 lbs of bacon. Grind it up well together and then I mix it too with my hands. The best bergers I have ever had.

redkneck
They hold together great, but just let them brown a tad before flipping them and they'll be fine.

Stone Cold
Bacon works well and just make sure you pack them tight. They will hold.
