garharis86
I think Archery and bow hunting is not just a sport but also it's a passion! Whether bow hunting Whitetail deer, moose, turkey, or the elusive elk, we can't get enough. Legal and cultural differences must be taken into consideration by the hunter. Bowhunting often has different seasons and restrictions from firearm hunting, and they differ significantly between countries, states, and provinces. Thus it's very important to consider all aspect before taking any step forward.
Okbwhtr
Archers For me in general are good folks. Always enjoy meeting folks whether hunting or tournaments. I enjoy both Hunting and tournaments and would want to give either up. DB

Tony
actually archery and bowhunting are really the same. bowhunters are archers while they practice during the summer for the bow season. archers are just the compretitive side of bowhunting. they shoot targets and realize that preparation for the up coming bow season is very important. most of the shoots i used to go to i talked to many guys and gals that wanted to show off there deer or animals they shot while bowhunting. so i think that many who dont consider archers as bowhunters need to get out and shoot some 3ds and some indoor. what you will find is a great way for the 2 groups to come together. Straight Shooter
I agree Tony, the is agreat common bond between all bowhunter and even gun hunters. Seems like whether its spot or 3-D targets we always have some of the best times and all talk about our experiences in and out of the woods with a bow in hand. I've shot tournaments in several different states and its all had the same results. Everyone shoots archery tournaments to be more confident in their bowhunting shots. The spirit and drive is there for all of us in this great sport, if it wasn't we'd all quit doing it. so, whether its paper, foam or fur we are all have one kindred spirit driving s.
