dodge4x4 Posted February 18, 2005 Report Share Posted February 18, 2005 ok guys, went to school today and it was ok until about 8:00 which is 20 minutes before school starts. then we saw in the parking lot AT school, sum kid had brought a deer sumone had hit along the highway and dumped it in the parkin lot in front of a car. me and my friend jesse offered to take it off the schools hands and were goin to (in reality we were gonna load it in the truck and use it for coyote bait.... Those car kills are pretty gory for a veteren deer hunter to look at, let alone an unsuspecting teen, Lil blonde probably would have took a stick and checked out its stomach contents first, just to find out what it had been eating. One day on the way to school, right off the road I saw a deer that would score close to 145, it was still barely alive. I really wanted that deer, for the meat, and the rack to be honest, but I didn't take it mostly because it would have been inappropriate to have that deer in the back of my truck all day. There are 100's of deer hit up here by logging trucks -man does that get nasty-the first thing trucker's learn is you don't swerve a load of logs to miss a deer.
