The_Kat
I got a text from Chris this evening and have been texting back and forth with him some. He wanted me to tell everyone hi and that he had a great Christmas. He had tons of family with him and even got a new 32 inch LCD tv. He can text now so if you have his number feel free to send him a txt or two. He said his hands, arms and neck are really getting strong and things are getting easier for him. He said the doctors says he'll never walk again but I can definitely tell he is in high spirits. He asked about forum drama, and if anything good had happened lately. I told him about Breylen. He said he thinks he gets to go home sometime in January and that he'd be back on here before too long!
Turkeygirl
Great news to hear he is doing well! I'm saddened he won't be able to walk again, but God has a purpose for him with all this he's been through. Forum drama....well if Viagra spammers count, lol

GWSmith
Tell him to PM me his number! Also let him know I'm living in Greenville,NC. for another couple months if he wants to get together. From what I understand his home is not too far away so I'd be happy to drop by;)

Hoosierbuck
My dad was in head-on with a semi when he was 19 and badly mangled, they said he never would walk again. He is over 70 now and still ambulatory, albeit with a walker due to his age and other health issues. Never undersestimate the resiliency of a strong young body or the power of prayer. Tell him never quit trying or praying. HB

HB right on. also, medicine is getting a grip on cures for spinal injuries. i give him a maximum of 20 years in the chair before science has the cure. acutally, i'll bet it's within 10 years. hang tough, buddy.
