First and foremost...........I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas!

I am quickly posting from work as our home computer is still out being "fixed" by a neighbor. My wife took it to him around the first part of December and he hasn't had time to get to it. I haven't had time at work to post till now so I can catch up with ya.

Deer season sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dispatched a doe the last Saturday of season for the neighbor kid who must have thought the vitals were in the hind-quarter. Oh well, he was only 15 and it was his first deer so I helped him gut it and gave it to him. That was the only shot we fired. I went with the muzzleloader and late antlerless season but didn't get a shot then either. I have bowhunted a couple times but the deer are on pins and needles all of December. Many of you probably know much of the politics that surrounded our deer hunting this past couple months. The fun isn't there like it used to be.

Anyway, Christmas was good. We all have many blessings to count. My brother popped the question to his girlfriend so I guess we have wedding plans coming. She has been waiting for him for a LONG time. He's not the romantic type:serenade: !!! He seems a bit grumpy now after Christmas. I wonder if he has cold feet already:D.

And the biggest news of all.............My wife Trisha and I are expecting our 2nd child and are due around the end of May, first part of June. All looks to be well so far.

Sorry for missing the past month but it has been quite busy and I can finally take a little breather.

So.........Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
