sparty
Wondered how everyone did in Ks this year. Seemed to be slow the week we were there(full moon?). The hunt was great we just didn't shoot anything
joeaveragehunter
Well, my uncle sat for the first time and about forty minutes in...he arrows a 180" 11 pointer (south central). Fast forward to gun season. His wife, my aunt, shoots a 186" deer opening day (south east). Needless to say they were not invited to christmas this year. HA HA. Just kidding, I actually invited myself down for next years bow season.
rhine16
I know of 6 people from here that hunted Kansas this year. They all tagged bucks: 183", 182", 175", 164", 156", 153".
tc2506
first 2 days had slow movement here, but the 3rd day they started moving pretty good my wife and i tagged out on the 4th and 5th days,
Rhino
Can't complain. I missed a mid 150's class buck that was a main frame 8 with kickers off both G2's. My buddy that was hunting the same tract with me missed a 160 class 9 point. All you can ask for is an opportunity & we both choked. I saw 1 other shooter buck and he saw 4 more that were too far for a shot.
