brudaman340
how do you hunt raccoons without dogs? Is it better in the snow or does temperature effect success?
BrandonBowling21
ive only hunted coons wit dogs, i used to have a Redtick coonhound/beagle mix and it was the best coondog the only time ive ever killed a coon without dogs is during deer season in early morning around my corn feeder. But best choice is hunt with dogs! its fun to tree them at night!

Grady269
Do a little looking and find someone who has coon dogs. Most coon hunters actually like to take someone with them who has never been. I prefer a good rabbit hunt with Beagles in the day time but coon hunting is a close second. dbHunterNY
I've never seen a coon in daylight out in the woods while hunting. I've seen them at night but never during the day. Pretty common in other states where you can bait deer with say corn.
