Diamond Archer 01
I don't know what the best sight is, but I have a tru-glo five pin sight and I like it a lot. It is easy to adjust and is pretty bright.
Straight Shooter
Extreme RT 900's. Very bright, clear, easy to use, and most of all durable.
Tony
lots of good ones out there right now. i shoot a Spot Hogg Hunter Hogg It, with 5 green .019 pins. i like them because they are all steel construction and its easy to replace a bad fiber or switch to another color. Prairiepredator
I have the Spot Hogg Real Deal and love it. It is extremely tough, 5 pins, bright, and has micro adjustable windage and elevation and pins. I will be honest, I don't care for the micro adjustable pins at all, they are just more of a hassle. It you do get a spot hogg, make sure you get one with a fiber optic wrap. My sight has the .029 pins but I think I would actually prefer the .019 pins. Spot Hogg are a bit pricy, but it will be well worth your money. Edited January 2, 2010 by Prairiepredator
AdvantageTimberLou
Axcel Armortech HD. Built strong and super bright pins.

The_Kat
I shoot spott hogg and also shoot the new bone collector 1600 series sight and love them both. The spott hogg is easier to adjust, but the BC looks nicer and is better made in my opinion. Both are tough as nails. Price wise the BC is about 80$ cheaper. Squirrelhunter91
I've shot TruGlo, Cobra, Sure Loc & Spot Hogg. Spot Hogg is hands down the best sight I've ever owned. I'll always put one on my bows.

buschboxer
I also say the single pin, archery impact, glows long after dark. Easy to set up and use.
Switchback29A1
My biggest goal is to find the brighest available sight. 5 pins, and low light performance is basically what it comes down to. I like the Team Extreme sights, but half of the ones i pick up, the pins are bent.
backwoods07
When I'm looking for a sight, I try to find the brightest 3 pin sight possible. I won't shoot more than 35 yds, so anything more than 3 pins is unnecessary. I'm using a single pin Tru Glo and have yet to find a brighter sight out there.
