Be sure to double check your states regulations about shell capacity. Some states mandate the total capacity is no more than 3 shells in the gun at any time (magazine + chamber can be no greater than 3). In my state, it stipulates no more than 3 for all hunting (upland, small game, big game, waterfowl). All waterfowl hunting is limited to no more than 3 shells.
