Found these ice dingle berries hanging off the edge of the shelf ice around the creek yesterday and thought they were way too cool to pass by without a few pics. I'm sure nobody else had seen them. Doc Posted January 9, 2010 Report Share Posted January 9, 2010 Now, does that make any sense??? Why would ice form like that? I'm trying to imagine what condition would make the ice do that. Would that be from falling water levels? Whatever it is, nature sure does have a way of coming up with some fantasic patterns and shapes.
