Brianxt
I am going to by one soon I have drove and used the rhino 450 I like it very well, I have not drove the kawasaki teryx. I am looking at both of these UTV I was wondering what your thoughts are on the two. Let me know wht you guys like or do not like about them. I can get a 450 rhino in camo with top windshield and back window for $9500. or I can get the 750 Kawasaki Teryx for the same price with the options. coles
Im a Yamaha man but if i were you i would go for the Teryx if its the same price. With the Rhino you only get the 450cc's of power and with the teryx you get 750cc's. If you are like me, the more power the better. Only downside is possibly less mpg with the Kawi. More top speed with the kawi also.
Mach1
We've had Kawasaki 4-wheelers and my uncle now has a Kawasaki Mule and when the temps get cold, we have terrible times trying to get them to start and run. I had my old Bayou 4-wheeler in the shop multiple times because it wouldn't run in cold weather. The guys at the shop said that was fairly typical for what they saw with Kawasakis. My uncle's Mule has been very tough to start and run this winter when we've used it to haul goose decoys out in the field. I still think Kawasaki makes good machines, but in cold weather our experiences with them haven't been great. My brother has a Honda 4-wheeler and it does tremendous in all weather. Is your Mule and Bayou fuel injected? Im almost positive the Teryx is injected which will make it way easier to start in the cold. It should start up just like your car or truck. Some atvs that arent fuel injected arent to hard to start when its cold either. I have had good luck getting my grizzly 660 started in cold weather. but my old grizzly 600 seemed like it never would start if the temp was below 10 or 15 degrees

The Bayou I had probably wasn't either, as it was an early 90s model. Below about 20 degrees they get/got hard to start.
