My latest employment news

So I had a meeting at 9am today with the custodial boss to get things settled for filling in for the one supervisor...Got my email account set-up, photo taken for my ID card, keys for the buildings, parking permits, pay roll....I start 6am Friday following the supervisor around that I'll be replacing...Well here's the other part...

So I'm leaving the boss' office when he calls me back in, wants me to meet someone...ok....Well I sit down and a guy walks in...familiar as I've seen him around before. Well he's retured but does alot with the college, don't remember if he used to be the VP way back when or what not...Anyway the boss introduce us and tells him all these "great" things about me,lol, and how I also finished nursing school and am looking for a job as an RN. Well turns out this guy does alot with one of the other local hospitals and a couple people at that hospital are grads of the college and are up in the "top" of the hospital so to speak. So this guy tells me he's going there to more and is going to mention me,. He also emailed my resume to the one person even! So we'll see what happens...maybe this is God's way of getting me to the one hospital and not the other that I am still waiting on hearing from:bang:

Otherwise it's back to packing my lunches, lol:pacman:

I'm hoping/praying camp will work out though if I end up with something at the other place...my heart is pretty set on that, not wanting to give it up...yet...One thing at a time though...maybe the hospital will work with me...
