I was told today that I need to quit putting excess strain on my shoulder, and its not even my Right one just my left one don't really need it for much just to hold my bow up. Doctor told me that if I don't quit putting so much strain on it I am going to lose function in it becasue of what he called thoracic nerve palsy, guess the the pulses aren't firing correctly.

Yeah, shoulders are one of those things that once injured, they just don't go back 100%...I know, I dislocated by bicep tendon in my right shoulder couple years back...it didn't hurt as bad as it sounds, but it's not 100% that's for sure.

Take it is easy on the shoulder...Find what else you do that can strain it and go easy so you can save it for when bow season comes and even then, I suppose don't overdue it practicing.
