DocMort
I was told today that I need to quit putting excess strain on my shoulder, and its not even my Right one just my left one don't really need it for much just to hold my bow up. Doctor told me that if I don't quit putting so much strain on it I am going to lose function in it becasue of what he called thoracic nerve palsy, guess the the pulses aren't firing correctly. 92xj
Meh, plugs are pretty cheap. Just head to your local NAPA and pick up a basic Champion. I think they are around 2-4 bucks these days. That will take care of your misfire problems.
hammerforged
Pay attention to the Doc, Doc. Had a guy come down with the same thing in boot camp, had the strap on his pack too tight on the 15 mile march back from the rifle range to mainside at PI and he lost use of his right arm. Turkeygirl
Yeah, shoulders are one of those things that once injured, they just don't go back 100%...I know, I dislocated by bicep tendon in my right shoulder couple years back...it didn't hurt as bad as it sounds, but it's not 100% that's for sure. Take it is easy on the shoulder...Find what else you do that can strain it and go easy so you can save it for when bow season comes and even then, I suppose don't overdue it practicing. bluelund79
Doc, prayers sent for some relief. However, you of all soldiers should know when to listen to the doc! lol. I didn't after I blew my miniscus in SFAS and "soldiered up" too quickly after...still paying for it 6 years later.
