SonnyThomas
What kind of bows? All Hoyts here; All in the 38" ata realm and no problem in the treestands. MagnaTec - Fixed sights and peep, off the string, Mongoose index release, 29" draw at 67 pounds - hunting. CX 300 arrows - bought a bunch on sale when CX came out with the unneeded weight forward 350s. UltraTec - Sure Loc sight frame and 4X lens, off the string, Mongoose index release, 29" draw at 62 pounds - 3D and hunting // set to 28 1/2" draw with loop and ST360 thumb release. Arrows; CX 300 or CXL 250 SS ProElite - Sure Loc sight frame and 4X lens, off the string, Mongoose or Tru Fire release, 29" at 62 pounds -3D / with loop and either ST360 release or Stanislawski BT MagMicro Trio release , 28" at 60 pounds - 3D - 55 pounds for spots. Arrows are CXL 250 SS with 75 gr tips and Victory X-Killers with 150 gr tips. I'd hunt with the ProElite, but my buddies think it would be unfair for me to knock out the deer first with the 30" stab. And I have taken my target bows hunting. Deer didn't notice the fancy colors or polished cams. :cool2:
