colorado bob
Anyone applying for a New Mexico oryx tag? Deadline is Feb 3th. I killed one a few years back on the Stallion Range of the White Sands-----that was a once in a lifetime tag. But they have a hunt a FT Bliss---McGregor Range that I can try for. Good luck to all who apply. CB
Diamond Archer 01
That would be awesome to kill an oryx. That would definitely be a once in a lifetime experience.
texastrophies
I sent in my donation Sat. Odds should be a little better this year with the change to pay up front. Good luck to you.
Prairiepredator
Hope you can get to go on the hunt! It sounds like a blast!
colorado bob
TX-----Which range did you apply for? The odds won't change much since everyone is now lumped into the same pool----both NR & Res. Back when NR had 10% of the tags it was a different story. Good luck---CB
texastrophies
Hunts 108, 120 & 122, all three have the hunts in spring 2011. First one at Rhodes Canyon, second 2 at Stallion.

colorado bob
In Africa they are called gemsbuck. Native to the Kalahari. They have been known to kill lions with those horns. NM fish & game introduce them into the desert back in the 70's.
