Shaun_300
Congrats on quitting Shaun. I'm doing the same thing right now too. Had my last cigarette on Tuesday. So far....so good. My doctor said days 3 and 4 are usually the hardest. So, hang in there....and keep it up. Good for you! So far it's been easy with me with the patch and inhaler. Are you on any meds or quitting aids to help you? If not try them, they work wonders.

twowetdogz
I'm using the patch and wellbutrin. Seems to be helping. Atleast better than when I've tried to quit before.
Tony
Good luck. As a former smoker myself, I can tell you, you will feel MUCH better after you quit. I cant even stand to be around the things now. same thing for me. it has been 15 years since i quit. good luck and stay with it.
