woolybear
What do you guys think that would weigh, like 350 pounds or more? Internet rumors say 440# is what I heard

camoman1
What do you guys think that would weigh, like 350 pounds or more? I would say its very possible. There are ways to make things look bigger in pictures...Im not trying to take anything away from this deer....but it can be hard to judge things in photos accurately. Jorden
Yup those guys sure do grow some monsters
okiedog
I saw this picture about a week ago. To me personally I think it is chopped. My reason for that is if you look at the base of the right antler where he is holding it you can see the tip of his thumb sticking out. Now in relation to the size of his hand.. that would make his thumb about 6" long. Just doesnt look right to me, but that is my personal thinking. cb11
Unless this guy has abnormally large hands, it's obvious that this pic has been photoshopped. ALOT! Its a shame becasue it looks like a nice deer and didn't need the cropping work done to it.
camoman1
Now that you guys mention it....some things do look pretty fishy when you really look at it.
Jorden
I pretty sure it hasnt been photoshopped because A). It appears on their website along with pics of other, bigger deer, B). This is a high fense preserve and C). I been out to this place, and have seen how big the deer are and trust me, they dont need photoshopping. cb11
If you really what us to think this pic is real I'm gonna have to see a few more pics from various angles.
cb11
So have you seen the pic of the piebald I got on opening day... Ignore the arm in the wrong spot and my huge hands, its legit. Did that in about 30 seconds, imagine what someone who knew how to use the program could do in an hour.
Jorden
Go to their website, wildernesswhitetails.com, and look at the first deer in the trophy gallery, Im pretty sure its the same deer. The largest deer these guys ever had scored 492 inches...im pretty sure you dont need to doctor your photos when you have deer like that. okiedog
Alot of making deer look bigger is the position of camera, as well as the lens used. In the picture posted though, the whole thumb thing is throwing me off. Everyone has their own opinion, and that is just mine.:ninja:
Tominator
Real or not, I could give a rat's tail if it was high fenced. Not a trophy in my book.
fly
Photochop. Too much black between right hand and antler.
cb11
492"???? Really? Come on man. They're pricing is based on classes from 170" to 200" deer, that sounds right to me for a high fence killing farm but 492" is so unrealistice its laughable. BigDog
I don't know, looks fake to me
layin on the smackdown
Dude, have you seen thier prices and packages? Holy crap! $10,000 for a white tail hunt in a high fence preserve for a buck that scores over 170 + a $2,000 trophy fee...you have to be out of your mind! $6,000 for a buck that scores 155-169 + a $2,000 trophy fee, and $4,000 for a buck scoring 155 or lower... http://www.wildernesswhitetails.com/ its my own opinion, but i cant believe this is called hunting...:helpsmilie::jaw::nono:

Tom2008
I've this deer before and it is real. Here is your second picture. Thumb does look crazy in the first picture. Too bad it was shot on high fence property.
