Dude, have you seen thier prices and packages? Holy crap! $10,000 for a white tail hunt in a high fence preserve for a buck that scores over 170 + a $2,000 trophy fee...you have to be out of your mind! $6,000 for a buck that scores 155-169 + a $2,000 trophy fee, and $4,000 for a buck scoring 155 or lower...

its my own opinion, but i cant believe this is called hunting...:helpsmilie::jaw::nono::eek:

They can call it anything they want, I think most would agree, it's not hunting.

Well I guess that proves it. I'll keep my eye on B&C's website since that deer is obviously the new world record.

Do you work there or something??? This is another obvious example of a skilled photographer or photo editor making this deer look much bigger than it is. You HAVE to be able to see that. Look at the guys boots, whats he wear a size 4??? I'm not saying its not a nice deer because it is, just not nearly as big as the pic shows.

I don't see how that buck is a new record? There is nothing about what the deer scores. Anyways B&C does not allow deer shot from high fence hunting in the first place. The trophy watch wouldn't waste their time with this deer, because no one is trying to say it was shot in the wild. It is clearly posted on a website for advertising their high fence hunting outfitter.

Didn't know that. Good for them. I'm not a fan of this type of hunting anyway, its not real hunting to me. Just raising an animal to trap in then kill. They do have some big deer on the site.

Yep I don't think any of the record holding organizations have pen raised animals allowed for scoring. It definitely is not real hunting at all. They did raise the biggest whitetail in the world though. Sudden Impact scored 492" at 3 years old and unfortunately died to an infection from his antlers.

Here is a link if you're interested.

Seems to me that may show that what they are doing is unnatural. If a pen raised hand fed deer on a strict diet is unable to stay healthy with a set of horns like that then a deer like that in the wild would never make it.

You are absolutely correct. This buck actually damaged his antlers a little bit them hitting the ground while he was eating. Unnatural for sure. I don't think the infection came from how he was raised though. More of just something that happened. They have a quite a few deer in the 400" range that didn't get an infection. Infections can happen and that is a natural thing.

A lot of people when posing for pictures with their animals will sit farther back behinds the animal and hold the animal closer to the camera. It gives the appearance that the animal is bigger than it actually is. Just a simple photography trick that a lot of people use when posing with their kills

LOL. Email I got on that deer said it was a 400 lb Maine buck.

I just don't know that 800 acres inside a fence where you pick and pay for the caliber animal you want is what I would consider to be hunting.

Don't forget that they probably gurantee you bringing home a buck of the caliber you want too. :D
