Attention magazine makers!!!

I had it! Any magazine from now on that shows an ad for adam & eve or any other company like this. Not going into details here. Is no longer coming to my door!

My daughter looks at my magazines, from which at one time I thought were very safe to lay around the house! Not anymore! Instead of asking me what this ad was for she my wife. This is crazy! ED ads and everything related to that problem. Where does it end! I am afraid to see what will be in these magazines in the future!

:bang:

I agree that those ads are a little much. Every hunting magazine has them now. I see no need for this and the ads are not hunting, fishing or outdoor related. I also realize that money talks. The TV commercials of the same type are also not really appropriate. Free speech and "sex sells" has it's downside.

Field & Stream is now on my DON'T RENEW LIST!!! What are these people thinking?!?!? I mean kids are not stupid, if they see these ads and sneak on a computer somewhere. I used to get 10-15 magazines a month! Hunting, fishing, photography, motorcycles and a few others. I am done with any that want to place ads like this in the future! Ads like this I guess have their place somewhere, but not in a hunting or fishing magazine!!!

I agree, it doesn't belong in the hunting magazines. If your kids are going to be reading these magazines, rip the ads out as soon as it comes into the house. There is tons of good hunting information in some of these mags that kids can benefit from. Don't turn the mags off, just remove the bad stuff first.
