Here's the specs on the fish... Blue Cat 95lbs. 55 inches long caught on Rod and Reel The Cat liked 3 inches makeing the State Record... Thats not true, you just have to trim the fat away from the meat and be sure to cut it in small steaks and filets and then fry it up, I caught one that weighed 100 a couple of years ago, it tasted just as good as a 2 pounder.
