Tominator
Every year I hear the same thing. Every year. What year does that stupid rodent not see his shadow? Huh? That's what I want to know. :gunsmilie: :eat:
Adjam5
I'll take the 6 more weeks of winter. The humid heat will be here soon enough.

That's what I want to know. :gunsmilie: :eat: All the news crews from around the country create too much artificial camera light and cause a shadow regardless of the weather. However in his defense, none of the high-tech weather professionals have done any better. I can tell you for sure it will be warmer in June and there won't be any snowbanks left (maybe). TBow
Hey this ain't rocket science! All Punxsutawney's got'ta do is put an elevated 30 X 40 tarp over his hole and place a fox, a coyote, a hawk and an owl at the four corners, then let that mud puppy try to find the sun!.......Then Kenny Chesney can sing a song about NO SUN, NO SHADOW, NO PROBLEM! buckee
Well, the pest wouldn't see his shadow around this neck of the woods today. It's overcast and raining. SOOOOO... They say, if Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow there’s going to be 6 more weeks (44 days) of winter and if he does not see his shadow there is only going to be 42 days of winter left. Now somebody help me out here (Tominator;)). The last time I checked 6X7+42, not 44. So whether he see's his shadow or not, it's either 6 more weeks of winter, or 42 more days ...DUH...take your pick. I think they made this day for gullible people. _______________________ <- That's suppose to be his shadow...LOL Edited February 2, 2010 by buckee
